What is a One on One Interview?

A one on one job interview is a type of job interview where a single candidate meets with one interviewer for the purpose of discussing the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and suitability for the job.

In this type of interview, the interviewer asks questions about the candidate’s background, education, work experience, and skills, and the candidate responds with answers that demonstrate their suitability for the position.
