- Monitor project progress, provide status reports, and perform issue resolution.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders by providing timely and accurate information.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the successful implementation of business solutions.
- Provide guidance and support to business users on the use of the system.
What is the education & skills are required to become as a Senior Business Analyst?
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics or related field
- Professional certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Certified Business Analysis Expert (CBAE)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interpret and synthesize data.
- Ability to plan and manage multiple projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with project management software
- Ability to develop data models and process flow diagrams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of business process improvement and analysis techniques
- Knowledge of database architecture and query languages such as SQL
- Should be conversant with R or Python.
- Should have experience in analytics tools such as Tableau, QlikSense, PowerBI, Periscope.
