- Describe a situation where you have had to work with a difficult team member. How was the person difficult and how did you handle it?
- What frustrates you the most?
- Have you ever manipulated a person’s point of view? If so, how, when and where?
- What has been your greatest challenge so far?
- How would you react to having your credibility questioned?
- How do you solve conflicts?
- What else should I know about you?
- How will you add value to our organization?
- Have you ever motivated other people? If yes, tell us how you motivated him/her/them.
- Do you think you are qualified and experienced enough for this position?
- Tell me about the most difficult decision you have ever made.
- What was the use of extra-curricular activities to you? Are they beneficial to you now? Would they benefit my company?
- This is a highly stressful job. Do you think you can handle it?
- Tell me something about yourself that has not been mentioned in your resume.
- What are your team-player qualities? Give examples.
- If all of your team members are experienced, highly qualified individuals, would you be intimidated to working with them? How would you deal with a senior-junior conflict, if it did arise?
